500-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING - SYLLABUS

500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Syllabus TTC (level 1 and 2) as per Yoga Alliance standards. Yogachakra school offers additional 100-hours of training (focused mainly on teaching methodology) in it's 200-hour yoga teacher training programs. In order to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT 500, one needs to complete 500-hour yoga teacher training from an accredited yoga teacher training school registered with Yoga Alliance (RYS 500) and also 100-hours of yoga teaching experience.
